We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here is our cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we will work with you to find a solution.

 

  • Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

Please note that refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • We may deduct a restocking fee if the product has been opened or used.

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for the refund. We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
